• Do you provide reports for VCAT and formal proceedings?

  Yes. Harcon Group prepares expert reports for VCAT proceedings, expert witness engagements, insurance claims and Building and Plumbing Commission disputes where independent findings are required.

• Can you assist with cladding and facade matters?

  Yes. We assess and provide detailed analysis of existing facade systems including fire rating, window design, flashings and cappings. Our reports document findings and set out rectification design in accordance with the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards.
